These terms apply to the Eight Flags Autosports service-texting program. Joining is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service.
Eight Flags Autosports is the European and import auto repair specialist in Fernandina Beach, on Amelia Island, FL.

Program and consent
Eight Flags Autosports sends service-related SMS and MMS messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, repair estimates and approvals, repair progress, vehicle pickup, and customer service questions. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
To join, read the notice on our text-message signup page and text START to (904) 310-3004 from a mobile number you control. By sending START after reading that notice, you agree to receive recurring service-related texts from Eight Flags Autosports. We retain your signup message and related message records as evidence of your choice.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. A booking request or a phone number supplied during service intake does not by itself enroll you in this program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your appointments, vehicle service, and conversations with our staff. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and plan apply to messages you send and receive.
Stop or rejoin
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one message confirming that you have unsubscribed. Further program messages will stop unless you choose to opt in again. To rejoin, send START to the same number.

Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number, messages, and consent records. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We will post changes to these terms on this page. A change to these terms does not enroll you in another business’s messaging program or authorize unrelated marketing.
